Kate & Kole is a Newcastle-based Bespoke jewellery company founded in 2015 with the goal of creating sustainable, quality, design-led fine jewellery. Our partnership started in October 2020 and since then we have scaled the business from less than a 6-figure business to now a multi-7-figure company about to head into an 8-figure business. Growing from a 2 person team to over 18 staff.
STEP ONE
THE BACKSTORY
At the time of initial contact, Kate and Kole had already been in business for a period of five years. Despite having a solid foundation, they were eager to expand their operations and grow their enterprise. Despite having a substantial social media presence, an impressive website, and engaging content, their efforts were not translating into significant online revenue.

To ensure that our brand messaging is effectively communicated, we proceed to establish a comprehensive still image creative strategy that captures the essence of our brand and resonates with our target market.
In addition, we also establish a compelling video creative strategy, recognizing the significant impact of video content in capturing audience attention and driving brand awareness.
Finally, to cater to the high-end audience for engagement rings, we establish a specialized approach designed to meet their unique preferences and exceed their expectations in terms of quality, design, and service.
STEP THREE
THE LAUNCH
To kickstart our strategy, we began by using Meta advertising to identify a target market that would be the best fit for our brand. Once we identified the ideal consumer/audience, we focused on pairing them with the appropriate creative content.
After conducting extensive testing for several months, we were able to develop a content strategy that incorporated five different content styles. Leveraging these styles, we were able to scale Kate and Kole's business by over 3,000%.
THE RESULTS
Our partnership with Kate and Kole was a major success, resulting in remarkable growth for the business. In just five months, we were able to transform their small studio with only two employees into a seven-figure business.
The results of our efforts were staggering, as we were able to increase Kate and Kole's revenue by over 3,000%.
