In partnership with Lavinn, designer Mars Uphof focused on creating pieces that enhance femininity. The partnership resulted in a drastic increase in sales by over 5,000% with a 6MER. A multiple-country strategy was also developed, which now makes up 60% of Lavinn's yearly revenue.

THE BACKSTORY


Lavinn, a small business based in Byron Bay, Australia, was founded with a mission to create swimwear that highlights women's beauty. Like many other Australian swimwear businesses, Lavinn faced a common problem of high sales during summer and almost no sales during winter. Despite being a new business, Lavinn had already established a strong foundation with their stock, content, website, and social media presence.

However, the business lacked the expertise to expand and reach new markets, especially in Europe, Canada, and the United States. As a result, Lavinn needed a marketing partner who not only could help them grow their business in Australia but also build a presence in new markets across the world.

OUR METHOD

To achieve success with Lavinn, we employed a strategic approach that began with developing a seasonal roadmap that aligned with our client's needs and consumer demand. We then analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of each platform and determined that meta and TikTok ads would be the most effective channels to achieve our goals.

Our objective was not only to increase sales but also to expand Lavinn's customer base in the USA, Canada, and Europe. To achieve this, we leveraged TikTok ads to drive traffic and increase brand awareness, taking advantage of its low CPM. Additionally, we implemented a tailored conversion strategy for each country, utilizing meta ads to drive sales and increase Lavinn's customer base.

THE LAUNCH

At Norko Media, our approach for Lavinn began by identifying key markets in the top five marketing countries to determine where our marketing focus and budget should be allocated during the Australian winter. Once we established a strong foundation in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia, we conducted over 50 testing campaigns in three months to develop individual audiences and creative strategies for each country.

After dialling in our audience and creatives, our team developed a detailed growth plan that enabled us to scale the business aggressively, taking advantage of seasonal demand. We continue to adjust and refine our growth plan each month to stay in tune with market trends and meet the demands of Lavinn's growing customer base.

Our partnership with Lavinn has been a game-changer for their business, resulting in a massive 5,694% increase in revenue since we started working together. This growth has been fuelled by our strategic approach to finding new markets, which has allowed Lavinn to tap into previously untapped revenue streams in the USA, Europe, and Canada. In fact, these new markets now account for 60% of Lavinn's yearly revenue, which is a huge accomplishment.

The success of our partnership has also enabled Lavinn to expand their team, hiring new staff members to help manage the increased workload that comes with such significant growth. Additionally, Our success lead to the set up 3PL centres overseas, which has helped streamline their supply chain and improve overall efficiency.
