The work that we started with involved building a strong foundation in Australia, leveraging the existing customer base, awareness, and lower CPM to conduct extensive testing of our audience, content, product focus, and offerings. Our objective was to establish a starting point for expanding into other overseas markets.

Once we had gathered our foundational data, we moved on to the US, Canada, and Europe. By building a strong footing in Australia first, we were able to lower testing costs and time to test when expanding into external markets. As a result, within just 3 months, the revenue generated from these external markets surpassed that of the Australian market.
